Full Description

PRN 60286 A moat is known at this site and fragments of it survive as earthworks. {1}{2}{4}{6} The moat is thought to have still been in use in the 17th-18th centuries. {1} The 1905 O.S. map shows the moat, which appears to have been more complete at this time. {5}
