Full Description

Buslingthorpe Bridge was built in c.1848 as part of the Lincoln to Barnetby railway line. It is a road bridge over the railway, and was constructed of a brick buttend with wing walls, flat girders on stone supports and with cast iron railings as a parapet over the girders. The girders form the base to the bridge deck. The bridge has been rebuilt at least in part since 1965 as the parapets are now all of brick and the original deck appears to have been replaced. {1}
