Full Description
Cropmarks of several pit alignments of probable prehistoric or Roman date, to the north of Scotter. The pits are visible as four linear arrangments, roughly parallel and spaced 50m apart on average, running along a north-north-west to south-south-east axis. The individual alignments range in length from 130m to 520m. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}{2}{3}
