Full Description
Cropmarks of possible settlement activity, to the south-west of Scotter. The cropmarks include a number of probable conjoined enclosures, with ditched linear boundaries. A small circular cropmark at the eastern edge of the site may represent the remains of a former hut circle. The exact date of the features is unknown, though a prehistoric origin is potentially most likely. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
