A STONE AXE WAS FOUND AT THIS LOCATION; LENGTH 6.4 INS, WIDTH AT BLADE 2.9 INS, WITH AT BUTT 2.1 INS, MAX THICKNESS 1.5 INS. THE AXE HAD BEEN FLAKED BUT, APART FROM THE BLADE, HAS ONLY BEEN GROUND SUPERFICIALLY. {1}
