Cabourne Parva Farm is a late Georgian farmhouse with a good group of contemporary farm buildings, including a granary and a horse-wheel, typical of the agrarian revolution and the development of the Wolds. {1}{2}{3} Cabourne Parva farmhouse is a Grade II listed building, dating from the c.1825, with 20th century alterations and additions. It was constructed of cream brick and has hipped slate roofs with over- hanging, wooden eaves and five stacks. {4} Cabourne Parva, Cabourne. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of F plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {5}
