IRONSTONE MINES NORTH AND SOUTH OF GREETWELL ROAD. POSSIBLE ROMAN OR MEDIEVAL ORIGIN. {1} This mine was worked by the Mid Lincolnshire Ironstone Company and was opened in 1904. {3}
