White House Farm is possibly 15th century in date and is timber framed on a lobby entrance plan. {1} White House is a Grade II Listed farmhouse built in the 15th century wiith early 17th, early 19th and 20th century alterations and additions. It is a timber framed building which has been underbuilt in brick. {2} White House Farm, Newton on Trent. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {3}
