A KILN PRODUCING EARLY C12 MEDIEVAL POTTERY, EXCAVATED BY M SPENCER-COOK IN 1949. IT WAS RE-EXCAVATED IN 1961 WHEN A FURTHER KILN WAS DISCOVERED AT SK83687817. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE SCHEDULED AREA OF THE MEDIEVAL TOWN OF TORKSEY (00137). SEE ALSO INFORMATION IN PARISH FILE. {1}{2}{3}
