Full Description
Earthwork remains of medieval ridge and furrow, identified on aerial photographs by the National Mapping Programme. {1}
Further traces of ridge and furrow were recorded in February 2017, during magnetometry survey of land to the north of Deepdale Lane. The remains were identified as a series of parallel linear magnetic anomalies, aligned on a roughly north to south axis, although those in the field to the west of the remains identified by the NMP were much more ephemeral. {2}
