DURING EXCAVATIONS ON THE WELTON TO LINCOLN TRUNKMAIN PIPELINE ROUTE, ROMANO-BRITISH POTTERY OCCURED IN HILL WASH DEPOSITS. IT MAY REPRESENT A CONTINUATION OF THE CONJECTURED IRON AGE FARMSTEAD.{1}
