Full Description
An imitation copy of a late Roman 'Urbs Roma' bronze nummus coin was found in 1980, on land at the Riseholme Estate. The official version of this coin was produced between 330 and 346 AD, with this copy thought to be fairly contemporary, and possibly relatively locally produced. {1}
