Full Description

Roman metalwork and a late 4th century Roman coin were found. {1}{2} A lead alloy animal foot, copper alloy ring (not for finger), copper alloy 'dolphin' and 'Langton Down' brooches and a copper alloy dome headed nail were found. There were also 12 coins. {3} Also found were decorative bronze fittings, a bronze nail and some miscellaneous lead finds. {4} There was an attachment of Roman date in the form of a Celtic facemask.
