Full Description
A FAINT SEMI-CIRCULAR CROPMARK WAS DETECTED ON AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS C.112M EAST OF PREBEND LANE. THIS WAS INVESTIGATED, AND NO FEATURE CORRESPONDING TO THE CIRCULAR MARK WAS EXPOSED. THE CROPMARK PROBABLY REFLECTS A GEOLOGICAL VARIATION; PERHAPS A PERIGLACIAL FEATURE. A MODERN DRAINAGE DITCH WAS ALSO IDENTIFIED. {1}
