Full Description
A probable post-medieval quarry is depicted in this location to the immediate east of Hillside Cottages on the 2nd edition 25" Ordnance Survey County Series map. The quarry has been largely backfilled, most likely as part of the works to construct the adjacent RAF Scampton. {1}{2}
