Full Description

An extensive Bronze Age site, with possible late Neolithic origins, in Osgodby. Other Bronze Age finds are recorded from Cote Hill Farm, but these are thought to be the same finds as mentioned below. {1}{2}{3}{4} Artefacts found in this location include: A polished flint axe, 3 beaker daggers, flint arrow heads, scrapers etc, in Lincoln Museum. {5} A fragment of a socketed axe found at TF 0910 9279, and a middle Bronze Age spearhead, both in Lincoln Museum. {6}{7} A Bronze Age cheek piece, in Lincoln Museum. {8}{9}
