Full Description

A limited but dense scatter of pottery sherds, including kiln waste of grey ware, was found in Willingham Forest, close to the end of Market Rasen race course. The material resembled pottery from the Linwood Warren kiln site nearby, which is to be assigned to the 3rd century rather than to the 4th century. {1}
