Full Description
COBBLES, LARGE FLINTS AND CHALK STONES ROUGHLY SQUARED ARE ON THE SITE. THERE IS A SCATTER OF VERY SMALL SHERDS OF 11TH TO 15TH CENTURY POTTERY AND POST MEDIEVAL POTTERY IN TWO AREAS. POTTERY - SHELLY - GREEN GLAZED WARES AND SOME POST MEDIEVAL. ALSO BRONZE BUCKLE AND FOUR WORKED FLINTS AND ANIMAL BONES. ONE PIECE STAMFORD WARE AND TWO ROMAN GREYWARE RIMS. {1}
