Full Description

A Bronze Age quartzite axe hammer with a central hour glass perforation was recorded as found at Cold Hanworth, although was actually found in Hackthorn parish. The axe was presented to Lincoln Museum in 1957 by A. Sharpe. In 1963 Colquhoun reported that the donor had left the area and that a precise findspot could not be established. {1}{2}{3}{4}
