Full Description

A middle Bronze Age bronze flanged palstave four-and-three-quarter inches long with lozenge- shaped flanges and broad stop-ridges; it is not looped. It was found near the 'wash-dyke' at Blyton. It is in private ownership. {1}{4} In 1964 Harper reported that the occupants of Grove House (within the indicated find-area) had no knowledge of the find; and at that time the current location of the find was not determined. {1}
