A FEMALE SKELETON WITH A NECKLACE OF AMBER BEADS WAS FOUND ABOUT 1888.(MRS RUDKIN'S RECORDS.) THE GRID REFERENCE MAY ALSO BE SK93608625. {1}{2}{3} The pastscape record records the inhumation at SK 935 963. According to this record the inhumation was found during the digging of a gatepost to a crewyard north of the lane to the north of the church. {7}
