A BRONZE AGE SOCKETED AXE OF COPPER ALLOY. VERY WELL DEFINED LONG RIBS ON EACH FACE, 4 ON ONE FACE AND FIVE ON THE OTHER WITH LOOP AND A TRUMPET MOUTH (SOCKET). IT IS OF LATE BRONZE AGE DATE. FROM SOIL DREDGED FROM RIVER. {1}{2}
