Full Description

Cropmarks of trackways and enclosure of probable prehistoric or Roman date, to the west of Spridlington. The enclosure is double-ditched and roughly square, measuring approximately 40m by 40m. The trackways are also double-ditched, and are visible leading off to north and south of the enclosure for a maxiumum distance of 300m in each direction. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
