Full Description

CROPMARKS SEEN ON PAUL EVERSON APs OF 1977, 1979 AND 1980, INCLUDE A SUB- RECTANGULAR SINGLE-DITCHED ENCLOSURE ALIGNED NORTHWEST-SOUTHEAST, WITH ROUNDED CORNERS AND ENTRANCE GAPS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE. TO THE EAST OF THE ENCLOSURE ARE TWO IRREGULAR CURVILINEAR SINGLE-DITCHED BOUNDARIES, RUNNING ROUGHLY PARALLEL AND ALIGNED NORTH-SOUTH, VISIBLE FOR DISTANCES OF c420M AND c350M. TO THE NORTH OF THE SHORTER, EASTERNMOST LINEAR BOUNDARY IS A SINGLE-DITCHED RING DITCH. LESS WELL-DEFINED CROPMARKS INCLUDE A SERIES OF FRAGMENTARY SUB-RECTANGULAR DITCHES TO THE SOUTH OF THE ENCLOSURE - POSSIBLY FOELD BOUNDARIES. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}~
