Full Description

A looped palstave found in Scotter in 1941. It is now in Scunthorpe Museum. {1}{2}{4}{6} A looped palstave with prominent stop ridges and a pronounced medial ridge on the blade. It has massive lozenge-shaped sides and the top is broken. It was found in 1941 about 550m west-north-west of Poplar Grove Farm (Gainsborough Road). {3}{5}
