Full Description
A polished Neolithic stone axe was found in 1957 at Bratlands. The finder (F. Hackford, of Keeper's Cottage) indicated the exact find spot at TF 1701 0810. He gave the axe to Mrs. Rudkin of Willoughton who still has it. {1}{2}
