Full Description

THIS LONG BARROW IS LOCATED ON THE TOP OF A BROAD RIDGE BELOW THE CREST. IT IS ALIGNED NE-SW, AND THE LONG AXIS TRAVERSES THE CONTOURS. IT IS AN OBLONG SHAPED ENCLOSURE WITH CONVEX ENDS, WITH APPARENT GAPS IN THE DITCH CIRCUIT ALONG THE WEST SIDE, BUT THE EVIDENCE IS VAGUE. SEVERAL AREAS OF DISTURBANCE OF POSSIBLY ARCHAEOLOGICAL ORIGIN ARE VISIBLE AT THE SOUTH END. {1}, LENGTH 40M, WIDTH 13M, HTM 124M
