Full Description

THIS SOILMARK LONG BARROW OCCUPIES A SLOPE POSITION ON A SPUR, OVERLOOKING THE HEAD OF A VALLEY OF A TRIBUTARY OF THE CALCEBY BECK TO THE NORTH WEST. IT IS ALIGNED NORTH-SOUTH AND THE LONG AXIS TRAVERSES THE CONTOURS. IT IS AN ENCLOSURE OF OBLONG FORM, WITH ONE CONVEX END. THE FOURTH SIDE IS OBSCURED BY DRY-VALLEY DEPOSITS. {1}, LENGTH 46M, WIDTH 22M, HTM 60M
