Full Description
Iron Age and Romano-British settlement and farmstead, Welton le Wold. The site survives as an extensive area of cropmarks and soilmarks, visible in aerial photographs. The cropmarks have been identified and recorded by the National Mapping Programme. An artefact scatter of Roman pottery has also been recorded at the site. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}{7}
