PRN 43233
DURING A WATCHING BRIEF AT MAIN ROAD A POSSIBLE METALLED SURFACE, COINCIDING WITH A HOLLOW AND DEEPER DEPOSITS WAS RECORDED. THIS IS TENTATIVELY INTERPRETED AS THE SILTED OVER HOLLOW OF A TRACK WHICH MAY HAVE ORIGINALLY CROSSED THE AREA FROM THE NORTH TO THE SOUTH. A SHERD OF C17-C18 POTTERY WAS RECOVERED FROM ABOVE THE METALLED SURFACE. {1}{2}
