Full Description

Earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow to the south of Toynton All Saints, identified on aerial photography by the National Mapping Programme. {1} Further traces of ridge and furrow were identified on the Google Maps aerial photographic layer, to the north and west of those previously identified. The remains could be seen as a parallel series of faint, largely north to south aligned, linear earthworks. {2}
