Full Description

St Mary's Church, Tetford retains Decorated (about 1290AD to about 1350AD) and Early English (13th century) features as well as a Perpendicular (1180AD to around 1520AD) tower. There is also a 13th century font. {1}{2}{3} Photograph. {4} A parish church dating from the early 12th century with 14th and late 15th alterations. It was heavily restored in 1826 and in the later 19th century. The church was constructed of green sandstone rubble with limestone ashlar dressings. {5}
