Full Description
A large wayward cross base, known locally as a 'plague stone', is located here. The stone is not in its original location, but is thought to have come from Miles Cross Hill, though an exact former location is not known. The base stone is interesting in as much as it has the commencement cuts of an early socket hole on the side. {1}{2}
