Full Description

Large bronze battle axes were found near Thorpe Culvert. The axes were thought to have been with Lincoln Museum, although the Museum records these as being lost. {1}{2}{3} Davey records ‘large bronze celts’ found near Thorpe Culvert, a lost Bronze Age hoard. {4}
