POST MEDIEVAL FINDS FOUND IN DIGGING CLAY PITS FOR BRICKWORKS. POTTERY INCLUDES TOYNTON AND BOLINGBROKE TYPES, A CISTERCIAN WARE BASE, PART OF A LAMBETH DELFT PLATE c1660-80, SLIP WARE AND 2 PIPKIN HANDLES. OTHER FINDS INCLUDE BONE OYSTER SHELL AND IRON FRAGMENTS. POSSIBLY A MIDDEN SITE. {1}{2}
