Full Description

A group of timber structures, possibly the remains of hut circles, were seen in 1907, on a hummock of boulder clay at mid-tile level. The features were oval in shape and 3-4 yards in diameter and were formed by a score of piles. The 'hut' floors were artificially raised with boulder clay. Briquetage was found, but no other domestic waste was seen. {1}{2}{3}
