Full Description
MOATED SITE REPORTED IN 1956 WHEN POTTERY OF C12-C16 WAS FOUND. ALSO FOUND WAS A HEARTH TILE BEARING THE ARMS OF THE ANGEVINE FAMILY IN DIGGING THE MOATED ENCLOSURE. THE HOUSE WITHIN THE MOAT WAS CALLED KELESHALL. {1}{2}, HTM 2M
