ROMANO-BRITISH SITE ON SLIGHT GRAVEL RIDGE. FINDS INCLUDE GREYWARES, SHELL GRITTED WARES, COLOUR COATED WARES, QUERN FRAGMENTS, TILE AND BURNT STONE. WELL LOCATED AT NW CORNER OF FIELD COVERED BY LARGE LIMESTONE SLABS. ADDITIONAL FINDS INCLUDE 1 EARLY SAXON POT SHERD AND 13 FLINTS. {1}, AREA 0.3H, HTM 18M
