POSSIBLE SITE OF LOST VILLAGE OF SOUTHORPE. TO SW OF GRANGE SOME INDICATION OF MEDIEVAL CULTIVATION BUT THE EARTHWORKS ARE REDUCED TO AMORPHOUS CONDITION DUE TO SPORADIC QUARRYING. {1} AIR PHOTOS GIVE SOME INDICATIONS OF EARTHWORK.
