THE LOST VILLAGE OF STRUBBY IS NOW REPRESENTED BY STRUBBY HALL. THERE IS MENTION IN 1316 OF LANGETON AND STRUBBY.{1} SOME TRACES OF EARTHWORKS ARE TO BE SEEN ON ARIAL PHOTOGRAPHS. AMORPHOUS EARTHWORKS ARE VISIBLE IN THE AREA; THERE IS NO CERTAIN INDICATION OF DESERTION.{5}{6} STRUBBY (WRAGGOE WAP. - D.B.- O.S., 47, B 11), AN EXTINCT HAMLET, IN THE PARISH OF LANGTON BY WRAGBY, NOW REPRESENTED BY STRUBBY HALL. LANGETON AND STRUBBY FORMED A 'UILLATA' IN 1316. (F.A., iii, 179 - F.A. FEUDAL AIDS). {3}
