Full Description

Shrunken medieval village. The church, All Saints, has lost its tower, aisle and part of the chancel, suggesting economic decline. It has a Norman southern doorway and decorated features in the restored chancel.{1} Deserted Medieval village remains. Depicted as earthwork tofts and crofts, platforms, buildings, fishponds, enclosures, boundaries and rdige and furrow on the NMP.{5}
