Full Description
Romano-British coarse pottery and coin, found on 7th March 1956 to the north of Baumber. The coin is a worn As, probably of Domitian - the obverse is stamped: IMP CAES DOMIT AVG, with the reverse stamped: Px '? S.C. The finds were reportedly taken to the City and County Museum for identification, although no details of these finds are given in the Museum's records. {1}{2}{3}
