COLLECTION OF ROMAN POTTERY FOUND TO THE E OF GLEBE FARM. INCLUDES GREYWARES, COLOUR-COATED, ALSO MORTARIA. ALSO FOUND, A LEAD 'KNUCKLE-BONE'- SHAPED OBJECT, LATE ROMAN COINS AND A COIN OF ETHELRED.(1/2d).{1}
As well as pottery fragments of Roman flue tile were also found during a walk over the site {2}
