Full Description

DURING A WATCHING BRIEF ON A WATER PIPELINE AT FULBECK AND SUDTHORPE UNDATED ARCHAEOLOGICAL REMAINS WERE RECORDED. A SINGLE COURSE OF BRICKS 0.2M THICK WAS OBSERVED BENEATH THE ROAD SURFACE AT BULBY LANE. AT THE SECTION IN RECTORY LANE A LAYER OF COBBLES 0.12M THICK WAS RECORDED, WHICH WAS INTERPRETED AS AN ANCIENT ROAD SURFACE. {1}{2}
