Full Description
A site visit was made to Gunboro' and Nab Woods at the same time (the report that was produced does not specify exactly were archaeology was recorded). A bank and ditch are visible around parts of the wood boundary but not all. The parish boundary between Morton and Edenham is marked by an artificially straightened stream. {1}
An area of woodland (all of which is classified as plantation) included in the Nature Conservancy Council's 'Inventory of Ancient Woodland'. Ancient woodland status considered to be probable. {2}
