Full Description
Earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow are visible on aerial photographs, taken of this area to the south of Folkingham. {1}{2}
The remains are clearly visible on more recent lidar data, showing as several adjoining blocks of surviving linear earthworks. Some of the ridge and furrow is aligned on a roughly north to south axis, whilst other parcels are aligned roughly east to west, showing divisions in the former open field system here. {3}
