Full Description
Earthwork remains of two sub-rectangular (L-shaped) fishponds, divided by a thin bank. The earthworks can be seen from the adjacent churchyard. {1}
Former gravel pits are depicted in this area on the 1st edition 6 inch and 25 inch Ordnance Survey County Series maps. The origins of the earthworks remain uncertain. {2}{3}
