Full Description
Tudor Cottages also known as Trollope Bedehouses, dated 1636. Brick, one storey, with dormers, stone quoins, and stone coped gables. Wooden mullion-and-transom cross windows. {1}
William Trollope's 1636 will bequeathed £30 per annum, from rent in Weston, to six poor men. He propsed that convenient housing be built for them. The six men were selected from the poor, aged or decrepit men of Bourne. {2}
