Neolithic polished flint axe on river bank. In Grantham Museum.{1} OS record card refers to a 'Stone axe' found by J Mapletoft. The grid reference is SK998250 and noted to be in the City and County Museum, Lincoln There appears to be confusion, there is a possibility that two axes were found.{2}{3}{4}
