Full Description

33584 Cropmarks of enclosures to the east of Wilsthorpe Mill have been noted on aerial photographs. {1}{2} A double ditched enclosure to east of farm, is visible on west, north and east sides. The east side seems to continue along way into field to south. There seems to be a small rectangular enclosure within the south eastern corner of the larger area. {3} The cropmarks have been interpreted as being the remains of a Roman villa. {4}
